MAT (Medically Assisted Treatment)
This treatment often includes utilization of medications to aid in outpatient detoxification and ongoing recovery. This is often referred to as Medically Assisted Treatment (MAT).
Our approach revolves around empowering individuals with the tools and support necessary to reclaim control of their lives.
Through evidence-based medicine (EBM) and compassionate care, we offer a range of MAT options, including buprenorphine (Suboxone), naltrexone, (Vivitrol), naloxone, and other medications.
Treatment
Our addiction medicine Staff treats individuals with a range of addictive disorders including opioid addiction (fentanyl, oxycodone, heroin), cocaine addiction, methamphetamine addiction, benzodiazepine addiction, alcoholism, as well as addictions to other substances.
Additionally, we provide medical care for patients that desire to discontinue use of substances such as nicotine, marijuana and kratom.
We also assist individuals who have become physically dependent on a prescribed medication, yet without an addictive disorder.
Patients with substance use disorders may also be eligible for medical treatment of Co-occurring Disorders, such as Clinical Depression, Bipolar Disorder, and Anxiety Disorders. You may discuss this treatment with your medical staff.
